Spare parts of MTU 16V4000 M60 inquiry

Dear sirs, good day,

We are local workshop locates in Taiwan, our customer has equipped MTU 16V4000 M60 engines on their tugboat, the engine has serious damages last week and now need to overhaul and repair, they asking us to take whole repair work included spare parts, qualified OEM parts is acceptable, since there has no OEM parts dealer in Taiwan, we are searching the parts suppliers from other country,
Could you please advise your availability of MTU 16V4000 M60 engine? Can you supply most of components such as cylinder head, piston, connecting rod, liner? And the overhaul kit for major overhaul,
