850 KW Jenbacher Containerized Gas Cogeneration Generator Plant

The 850 KW Jenbacher 316 Containerized Gas Cogeneration Generator Plant, Jenbacher 316 gas engine, Stamford Newage oversized at 1438 KVA, 1150 KW, 848 KW, 60 HZ 600/347 volts or 480/277 Volts with generator AVR turned down, 25,000 hrs since new, commissioned 2007.

The plant has been dismantled from site and all ancillary components have been professionally removed, match-marked and put into storage. The plant has dual capability of running in island mode or synchronized with the utility.

The plant was government owned and all maintenance records and documentation since installation are available. All system upgrades and component reconditioning was done on an ongoing basis as per the government regulations.

The engine generator unit with control panel are inside a 40 ft ISO container, roof-mounted multi-fan dry radiator with associated piping and controls,  exhaust heat recovery system (a “wet” silencer), with bypass system, for recovering a useable portion of the exhaust heat, extension pipes etc. , Exhaust selective catalytic reduction system to reduce harmful emissions, air intake plenum, roof mounted with all the air-cleaners and a system for controlling the amount of ventilation/cooling air running through the  ISO container, gas train with all flow, pressure and regulation equipment, piping, flow and temperature control, pumps, water treatment, Controller: Siemens Simatic island mode, auto or manual synchronizing options, or demand-driven, Utility voltage and fault monitoring relay, 65 kA switchgear fault-level rating. Manual and automatic gas-shutoffs, pressure regulators and flow-meters, ABB motor VFD, Vertical radiator with 4 individual fans, Stainless steel exhaust heat recovery silencer/heat-exchanger with bypass arrangement, In-line exhaust SCR package, Diane auto-synch control and synchronizing controls.
